Do you accept insurance?
We do not currently bill directly to insurance. We can provide you with a detailed receipt that you may submit to your insurance carrier for any“out-of-network” reimbursement if such benefit is included in your plan. Please consult your insurance carrier with any questions.
How do I know if my insurance will reimburse me for the visit?
Insurance policies vary widely. It is best to contact your insurance carrier or consult your policy details for more information.
Do you accept Medicare or Medicaid?
Unfortunately, we do not.
Fees
How much will I have to pay at the time of the visit?
- Full payment is due at the time of visit
What are the rates?
- Initial medication / counseling consultation (90-120 min): $600
- Medication & counseling (55 min): $385
Do you offer discounted rates?
We do not have adjusted rates or a sliding scale. Starting with your initial visit, and throughout the course of your care, we work together to address your needs. This includes developing a treatment plan that provides the most excellent care while also respecting your time, finances, personal preferences and other factors that make the plan fit your life.
Payment
What types of payment are accepted?
- Most all cards(credit,debit, HSA, FSA), cash, and checks.
- Payments are processed securely through Square.
Can someone else pay for my visit?
- Yes.
